Dr Anna Weller

Clinical Psychologist, Co-Founder and Director of Three Minds Psychology

I specialise in trauma therapy and have dedicated my career to understanding how trauma affects the mind, body, and behaviour.

I lead the Psychological Therapy and Workplace Wellbeing pathways, and I am passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals through therapy and helping both people and organisations harness the power of the human mind to thrive in the workplace.

I understand that facing your difficulties and starting personal therapy can be overwhelming and even frightening. I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgemental environment to support you in this journey. Psychological distress can feel isolating, and it's all too easy to carry the burdens of shame and self-blame. I am passionate about helping individuals understand how their unique life experiences and personal traumas have contributed to their distress. From this collaborative understanding, I support people in implementing interventions and coping strategies that relieve distress and achieve meaningful change. I enjoy working with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma-related issues, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationship issues, and difficulties in managing emotions and stress. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

We spend a significant part of our lives in the workplace, and I believe that everyone deserves a workspace where they can flourish and feel safe. I am dedicated to bringing a compassion-focused approach to human psychology, helping to create supportive work cultures and resilient minds. My mission is to foster neuroaffirmative workplaces that welcome and embrace differences.
